This was PLM's first time engaging Othentic service, and we had a very positive experience. Mr. Chin and the service team were professional, courteous, and always polite throughout the entire process. They arrived on time and carried out the office disinfection, carpet cleaning, and chair cleaning efficiently. Although some stains were difficult to remove, the team made every effort to clean them as thoroughly as possible. They were easy to communicate with, friendly, responsive, and quick to reply to our enquiries. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

The job was done very efficiently, my matress was stained with cat’s pee and the team cleaned it thoroughly. Attaching the before and after pictures.
